"Mick's Exterminating has been wonderful to a family I serve through the Partnership with Families Program at FACT. The family is on a fixed income, has developmental and psychiatric disabilities. The family lives in a rented house that has been over taken by roaches, they have tried bombs from Wal-Mart but they did not work. I read in the local newspaper a few weeks back that Mick's was donating a termite treatment to a St Charles Co family and I thought maybe they would be willing to help my family with their roach issue and they did. I called Mick's and spoke to a lovely woman-Sharon and she talked to Matt, a great guy with a big heart for families in need, they made it happen. This family is so grateful for Mick's getting rid of the pests without casting judgment and shame."

"We had found a suspicious mud tunnel along our baslient wall. After some Internet research, we knew it was termites. I did some research on some of the heavily advertised national chains. I didn't like the poor reports they had gotten, so I checked out Angie's List. I chose this one based on reviews and location. I called and made an appointment. They were very prompt (actually early), did a thorough inspection and explained the baiting process very well. They installed a trap right then over the tunnel in the baslient and set up a time for bait traps to be installed outside. This technician arrived on time and got the work done promptly with minimal mess. Also, during the original inspection I asked about the ant problli we have had for years. The agent was very helpful, inspected the infestation areas, and sprayed around the house. I haven't seen a single ant in the house since then. I was happy with the service we received."
